Mitsubishi Motors, with one of the most comprehensive vehicle lineups in the world, has again outdone itself with the introduction of the Proudia top-of-the line luxury saloon. The elite of the elite, the Proudia integrates majestic styling with powerful yet refined performance, superior riding comfort, appointments of the highest quality and a host of active as well as passsive safety features.The fully appointed interior starts with Jacquard Moquette upholstery and full trim utilizing wood-grain paneling throughout to surround the occupants in an ambience of total luxury. To further heighten riding comfort, all seats are power-operated, allowing individual passengers to adjust their own seat with a touch of a switch. The power operated rear seats also have independent controls set in the center armrest for reclining as well as automatically sliding the rear seats back when the door is opened for simplified entry and exit. Numerous other convenience and comfort appointments include the Mitsubishi Multi-communications System (MMCS), offering a visual display of navigation, cabin environment and other information on a 7-inch monitor as well as a super-quality, in-car entertainment system.

In the Sports Mode, it offers a clutchless manual override that allows the driver to operate the system like a manual shift.

The Proudia is powered by either a 4.5-liter V8 aluminum block engine (a first for a Mitsubishi engine) or a 3.5-liter V6 engine, both proud members of Mitsubishi's high-output, low fuel consumption, ecology-conscious GDI engine family. The Proudia was created as the premier luxury 4-door saloon to take performance, riding comfort and safety to new heights.
