- Top performing sales dealers announced
- Top Parts dealerships recognised
JOHANNESBURG – Mitsubishi Motors South Africa (MMSA) held its annual Mitsubishi Dealer Conference recently, announcing its top service dealerships and people that contributed to MMSA’s success last year to grow sales in a shrinking domestic market.
Recognising the people and dealerships excelling at their task, achieving their targets and going the extra mile, top performers were awarded for parts service performance across the 53 dealerships in South Africa, including Namibia, Botswana and Swaziland.
The Mitsubishi Dealer of the Year (DOTY) programme is designed to acknowledge and give recognition to MMSA dealers utilising business tools and processes, empower staff through training and upholding dealer standards to achieve excellence in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) ratings.
“Due to tough business conditions, we realise to enjoy lifetime loyal customers, we need to concentrate on one thing – customer service excellence – to retain our customers and grow our customer base,” says Nic Campbell, General Manager of Mitsubishi Motors South Africa (MMSA).
“All of this ensures customer retention throughout our business. We also reward best automotive after-sales practices to ensure our customers return, and when it comes to new vehicle sales, our best service level culture could influence a potential purchase back to Mitsubishi via word of mouth.”
The respective winners of Mitsubishi Motors’ Dealer Awards are:
Mitsubishi Motors East Rand – Category A
Mitsubishi Motors Centurion – Category B
Mitsubishi Motors East London – Category B
Mitsubishi Motors George – Category C
Mitsubishi Motors East London – Category A
